This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and describes conduct that is prohibited when using LUME. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund beyond what our Refund Policy provides.
1. Prohibited Content
- Illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
- Content promoting terrorism, self-harm, human trafficking, or violent extremism.
- Malware, phishing, or content designed to defraud or deceive.
2. Prohibited Use of Assets
- No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of LUME's built-in library or curated packs outside the intended editing workflow.
- No use of LUME assets to train, fine-tune, or evaluate generative AI models.
- No stripping of attribution or metadata where required by the underlying licence.
3. Platform Abuse
- No account sharing beyond the seats included in your plan.
- No automated scraping, mass downloading, or attempts to bypass licence enforcement.
- No probing, scanning, penetration testing, or interference with the security or availability of the Service without our prior written permission.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the desktop application beyond what applicable law permits.
4. Reporting
Report abuse, security issues, or IP concerns to support@lumegear.site. We take valid takedown notices seriously and act on them promptly.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict access to offending content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.
