Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with LUME. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through our online reseller, Paddle.com.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund for a new LUME subscription within 14 days of the original purchase date, for any reason, including change of mind. Renewal payments are eligible for refund within 14 days of that renewal charge if the subscription has not been used substantially during the renewal period.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate the order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@lumegear.site with your order number and the reason for the request — we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within a few business days and returned to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; your existing access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service (for example, account sharing, resale, or circumvention of licence limits).

This policy sits alongside Paddle's own Refund Policy, which applies to all Paddle-processed transactions.
